Payment & Order Options
We use only the best technology to protect your private information during an on-line order. If you do not feel comfortable ordering on line, please call 1-309-687-0497 or Toll Free 1-800-482-4567.

Animation Factory accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We will also accept bank drafts, money orders or personal checks. All items must be drawn in US dollars. We cannot process any payments made in any other currency.

We will accept purchase orders from government agencies, educational institutions and major corporations. Please contact our customer service to receive authorization for a purchase order.

Shipping Policy and Prices
If you choose to order a CD-ROM product from us, we will process and ship your order by the next business day, guaranteed. Orders placed (Monday-Friday) by 2:00pm Central Standard Time will ship on the same day as ordered. All other orders will ship on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.

We will ship anywhere in the world. Below is a chart of the various shipping options we offer.
